Our Ambition

Most money market borrowing and lending are still done over the phone. However, in most other markets we have seen a move towards centralised trading venues. This is why we have created the Munix Network.

Kevin Thompson

Director

Kevin is Managing Director and founder of Munix Ltd. With almost 40 years of experience within the global money markets industry, he has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of fund management, electronic trading platforms and institutional distribution. Much of this time has been explicitly focussed on the UK public sector and understanding its specific money market requirements.

Billie Croan

Director

Billie has accumulated a great deal of UK Public Sector experience through a long-standing and successful career in the Sterling money market industry. From money broking to building a client base for two leading money market funds, Billie has established and maintained strong client relationships. He is acutely aware of clients’ needs in a dynamic market place, and it is this client-centric focus which resulted in the creation of Munix Ltd.

Hugh Macmillen

Director

Following a 25 year banking and interdealer broking career. Hugh founded Instimatch Global with an aim to couple the latest developments in DLT and Cloud computing technology to mimic the traditional dealing methods in the Unsecured Money markets. Munix powered by Instimatch will serve the UK market. Hugh remains a pioneering member of the fin-tech scene in Europe and continues to drive the innovation in development within the company.

Keith Logan

Sales Director

Keith is an experienced global financial markets specialist with broad and extensive experience within treasury, asset management, asset servicing as well as electronic trading across multiple asset-classes. Having started his career within the treasury department of a UK clearing bank he moved to the global markets division of a large US custodian bank before taking up a role with a boutique fixed income specialist asset manager. He developed a keen interest in sustainable and responsible investing as well as digital transformation and applications of DLT within traditional money market activities and asset management. Keith graduated with distinction from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh where he studied Mechanical Engineering.

Nitin Gupta

CTO

With over 15 years of experience in the IT world with organisations like Accenture and FIS, Nitin is a solution architect and a Fintech expert. He is a pioneer in the Blockchain space and is the CEO of Webmob Software Solutions.
He has been actively involved in synergising the Fintech and the Blockchain world since 2015.

Vikas Saini

Senior Technical lead

Vikas is a Senior Technical lead with particular focus on creating fintech applications. Vikas is associated with Instimatch Global since 2017 and has vast experience in the IT industry. Vikas remains a pioneer member of Instimatch team and continues to drive the technology and innovation.

Daniel Cotti

Advisors

Daniel Cotti is a founding partner of the T3i Partner Network and the CEO of LEMI. He has over 30 years of experience in global corporate banking and more than seven years of expertise in fintech and blockchain technology. He is also the founder and CEO of Cotti Trade & Treasury, a consulting practice for digital trade finance.

He was the managing director of the Centre of Excellence, Banking and Trade at Marco Polo Network, a startup trade finance platform and the non-executive Chairman of the Board at Bolero, a digital trade finance platform sold to WiseTech in 2022.

Before that, he led trade and treasury management businesses with global P&L responsibilities for Citibank, ABN Amro, RBS and JP Morgan.

Additionally, Daniel was a non-executive board member at GLEIF and played a crucial role in establishing the Digital Standards Initiative (DSI) of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Emily Aitken

Head of Marketing and Business Operations

Having graduated with a Masters from Edinburgh Napier University, Emily has joined to focus on our social media and marketing and help promote Munix visibility and raise our profile across multiple platforms. Having gained experience with Boden, Transcal Ltd, The Royal Yacht Britannia, and Fingal within public relations and marketing she brings fresh ideas and creativity to the team.

Alexander Collingwood

Advisors

Alex Collingwood has been a community leader since 1991, having served at all levels of Local government including Town, District, Unitary and County Council and is. Currently a member of the Audit Committee of Buckinghamshire Unitary Council.

Alex has been Instrumental in formulating Treasury Strategies & Treasury Policies for 4 councils ensuring risk mitigation, while maximising council income, & diversifying portfolios.

Commercially, Alex has over 35 years of experience (including 30 years at Barclays Bank) of Global Corporate Banking, Trade Finance Origination & Leadership including fintech technology delivering significant revenue & capital returns to ensure Go to Market success.

Alex’s last role was Global Head of Sales & Origination for Finverity, a Digital Supply Chain Finance Platform providing technology & working capital to banks, NBFIs, & companies.

As Global Head of Trade & Working Capital of BLME, he developed BAFT Sharia Finance rules & advised UK government.
